What are all the printing options?

Canvas Print printed on the highest quality heavy Canon glossy paper adhered on a canvas and finished with clear brush stroke sealer (looks like painting). It has wooden backing and ready to hang out of the box. See samples here.

Canvas Wrap printed on the highest quality textured and fade resistant 20.5 mil thick canvas. Mounting brackets included. See samples here.

Canvas Wrap thin printed on the highest quality textured and fade resistant 20.5 mil thick canvas. Mounting brackets included. The depth is 0.75 inch instead of standard 1.5 inch. See samples here.

Canvas Panel printed on the highest quality textured and fade resistant 20.5 mil thick canvas. Mounting brackets included. Unlike Canvas Wrap, the sides are solid black and the photo is not stretched over the edges. See samples here.

How long does it take to ship my Print orders?

Canvas Print and Glossy Print orders will take approximately 5 to 7 business days for us to process and ship the order.  Canvas Wrap and Canvas Panel orders should be processed within 2 to 3 days.  If for any reason, the orders take longer, you will be notified immediately.

How and when do I receive my digital download of the photos?

The digital copy of the photo will be emailed to you upon purchase. Please make sure your email address is entered accurately at checkout. A download link will also be available immediately after purchase at checkout.

Which shipping services do you use?

Most items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal service) priority mail or priority express.  All available options and rates are listed at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Most items are shipped via USPS priority mail internal or priority express international.  All available options and rates are listed at checkout.

What is the return and refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital photos, all digital copies are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction has been completed (Buyer paid the photo and photo has been sent), it is then considered non-refundable.  If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify me before receiving the photograph. If an incorrect photo has already been sent to the buyer, we will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge but no refund will be made.

For prints and canvas wall prints, we offer a 30 days refund or exchange policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Due to the custom nature of these orders, you are required to contact me before shipping back the order.  We cannot accept reasons such as dislike the photo or change of mind.  However your 100% satisfactory is our goal, we will work with you to work out the best resolution.  For more detail, please click on the refund policy link at checkout.

I live in Houston area, can I meet you to receive the prints and canvas prints in person?

This is possible but not guaranteed.  Please email me to confirm availability.
